Some of our best ideas are born in the most ordinary moments...

This one started on the couch with Tracy and Payton watching Pretty Woman (probably not for the first time) when Tracy's mind did what it always does: it started seeing possibilities. She noticed that the sunken tub at home looked remarkably similar to the one in the film, complete with a skylight overhead that floods the space with the most gorgeous natural light. The vision was immediate.

Of course, visions have a way of requiring husbands to renovate an entire bathroom.

While Tracy and Payton were busy planning the shoot with longtime client and friend Danielle, Billy was busy changing lights, rerunning electric, and painting his life away in a bathroom that hadn't been updated in over 20 years and was well overdue for a refresh. The transformation took longer than expected. Let's just say Billy earned his seat at the premiere.

The shoot itself was everything Tracy envisioned - magical, playful, personal - and it only ran a couple hours over schedule, which honestly just means everyone was having too good a time to stop.

"I've done several photo shoots with Blush before, and every single one has been different, but this one was on a completely different level.

"This Pretty Woman–themed session was so far out of my comfort zone. I showed up nervous, which honestly felt crazy considering how many times I've worked with Tracy. I trust her vision and her guidance a thousand percent, and I did know what the vision was - but I wasn't sure I could live up to it and found myself second-guessing. It just wasn't my usual element at all.

"But that feeling didn't last long, because Tracy doesn't let you stay in that mindset. She sees what you're capable of, even when you don't fully see it yourself.

"As soon as we got started, I could see Tracy's vision coming to life, and we ended up having SO much fun. I felt like I was stepping into different moments of one of my all-time favorite movies — but the best part was that we made it my own. It wasn't just recreating something iconic; it was personal, and that made it so special

"What made this session even more unique was how different it felt from a typical boudoir shoot. Usually, we're fully glammed (and I love that) but this was something else entirely. My hair was styled in a way I've never worn it before, the makeup was super natural, and I felt so pretty in a completely different way. And honestly… I felt like I totally rocked it.

"When I got the photos back, I didn't think there was any way I could love them more than my previous sessions, but this one hit differently. It was soft, sweet, funny, a little goofy and playful but still had that subtle edge of sexiness. It was just… everything.

"The thought of doing a themed session honestly never even occurred to me, but leave it to Tracy to always be envisioning a way to take something that's already amazing and turn it into something even more incredible. I felt so honored when she asked me to collaborate with her, and I will never pass up the chance to be in front of her camera. She is unbelievably talented.

"And getting ready with Payton? The best. It's calming, fun, and just such an easy, enjoyable part of the day - it honestly feels like spending time with your closest friends.

"If you've ever been on the fence about doing a boudoir session, I truly think something like this is the perfect alternative. Especially if you grew up loving Pretty Woman like I did - it's such a fun, unique experience that lets you see yourself in a completely different light.

"Whether you're doing it for someone special or as an investment in yourself… I cannot recommend it enough." - Danielle
